What is on this site
Case studies describe work we performed. Where a project is published under a non-disclosure agreement, the page says so and details have been generalized with the client’s permission.
Technical figures on this site are stated because we can support them. If a figure matters to a decision you are making, ask us and we will show you where it comes from.
What this site is not
Nothing here is an offer, a quotation, or engineering advice for your specific design. A capability described on a service page is not a commitment that it fits your requirement — that is what the discovery stage exists to establish.
Sending us material
Do not send confidential material through the contact form before we have an agreement in place. Ask us for our standard NNN agreement first — the link is on the contact page, and we would rather you read it before you send us anything.
Material you do send through the form is treated as confidential regardless, but an agreement gives you something enforceable and a form does not.
Ownership of site content
The text, diagrams and design of this site belong to us. Client names, marks and product details referenced in case studies belong to those clients and appear with their permission.

Where we link to an external site — a company registry, a standards body — we do not control what is there and are not responsible for it.
